What does your program include?

The fitness program includes up to 5 CUSTOM workouts a week that can be done in the gym or at home. The workouts are uploaded to my app that you can access on your phone.  Each workout includes a video demonstration as well as a description for each exercise. We have weekly check ins. We build a 12 week program based on YOUR goals, experience and schedule.

The nutrition program will ensure that you are getting the proper amount of protein so that you can build and maintain muscle. The right amount of fat to make sure your hormones are balanced and the right amount of carbs to make sure you can function. We set CUSTOM macros to you and give you the tools, support and accountability to reach your goals and change your lifestyle. This is NOT a diet with a start and end date. There is weekly accountability and check ins.

Can I do this program at home?

The fitness program includes both a home and a gym option for each workout. Perfect for working out at home or traveling. If you choose the at home workouts we send you all the bands you will need. If you have equipment at home already, we can incorporate that in your plan as well if needed.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

Because this is a custom program we build a program around what equipment you have available. If you don’t have any, no worries we will send you what you need.

How long are the workouts?

The  workouts typically take about 30-60 minutes but because all the workouts are custom to you. We build a program for what fits your goals and schedule.

How much is your program?

Our programs are 12 weeks long and custom. Schedule a call and we can discuss your goals and pricing.

 

What do I need for the nutrition program?

You will need a food scale.

Can I cancel at any time?

This is not a subscription. There is a one time cost.
